Vegas 4 DVD Workshop DVD's: Keeping our Promise

Hello Everyone,

We promised an update on our quest for the issues behind the playback incidents a small number of you have experienced with our Vegas 4.0 DVD set. After several hundred man hours of research and testing, we're finally in a position to deliver on that promise.

The short answer is that the causes are more subtle than anyone imagined. We don't want to impose our lengthy, in depth analysis on this forum so we created an Adobe Acrobat file that contains our findings. The direct URL is: http://www.classondemand.net/media/vegas_title_findings.pdf

Those of you who provided us with your feedback and contact data will receive an e-mail from us with that file attached. If we also have your phone number, we'll be giving you a call to personally discuss our next steps.

Please accept our genuine thanks for your patience as we worked through this considerable challenge. Our goal throughout this process was to be absolutely certain that we had thoroughly investigated and accurately diagnosed the situation so we could offer appropriate and valid guidance. The last thing we wanted to do was compound the situation with a series of "wild goose chases" and "update creep dates." Class on Demand only knows one way of doing things: the right way. Our definition of "right" is switching places with you and liking what we hear.

Hopefully our diligence, attention to detail and honesty will earn your repeat business and positive word of mouth referrals.

Sincerely,

Paul Holtz
