Vegas 4-Settings help

I have Vegas 4. I haven't used it much for the past several months and reinstalled on a new computer during that time. There are a couple of settings which I haven't been able to figure out how to restore.

1. I used to have it set so that the sections range would automatically go away when I click at another point on the timeline. How do I restore that option?

2. I think I used to move forward or backward along the timeline to the beggining or end of the current event by, I think, using the <CTRL><Rt/Lt Arrow> but that now goes to the beggining or end of the project. Have I forgotten the key combinations or is there a setting I need to restore?

Thanks,

1) Options - Preferences - Editing Tab - Collapse Loop Region.

2) CTRL-ALT Rt/Lt Arrow

1) Thanks. I looked at that page on the preferences screen but the description didn't ring a bell.

2) That's still not working. Is there any setting that might be preventing it? I'm runing on WinXP Home.

Thanks!

Should work fine with CTRL-ALT. There's a complete list of keyboard shortcuts in the help file.

Well... It isn't working. Might there be some setting in WinXP that is causing the problem?

Just tested in Vegas 4. Works just fine. The only reason I can see why it wouldn't work is if you are running some kind of keyboard remapping software or, maybe, one of the keys on the keyboard is not working.
