Vegas 5.0d Help needed

Hello, when I open Vegas 5.0d, I get an error message saying PRM.dll is not found try reinstalling the software. I reinstalled the software (without first deleting the previous installation) and get the same message again. Any ideas how to rectify this problem?

A quick search for PRM.dll revealed this:

Thanks, I did a search and found the solution! I did have Adobe Premier Elements and deleted it. The error message is now gone! Thanks.

I have both V5 and V6, but even though I get the DLL message and have Adobe Premiere Elements, other posts have noted that nothing is being damaged in V5 by the pop-up. Just hit OK as I have done, and continue on. I'm working on a major DV project in V5 and nothing is operating any differently. In fact I think the only change in V6 is that a routine runs on start-up that disables the DLL window.
