Vegas 5 - How to Change Layout

Ok - I've done the proverbial search and I can't seem to find out what I am looking for.

I want to change my defualt layout of Vegas so that my timeline sits at the bottom of my screen and my preview window is at the upper right and the rest of my optional windows at the upper left, but I can't seem to get the timeline to move to the bottom. I remeber awhile back reading something about how to set this iup for Vegas 4, but I'm stumped on how to do it for V5.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Move the cursor to the boundary area until it turns to 2 arrows up/down then left click and drag.

I was able to do that right off the bat.

The problem is, I can't get the top of the timeline to move down so that I can dock my other windows.

I don't think that is possible. I tried that before and could't find a way.

Now I wish I would have asked months ago.

Thanks Spot.

Thanks Spot - I've been pulling my hair out trying to get this to work.
