Vegas 5 Trial - Can't Capture

Greetings from Athens Greece.

I have a Sony Digital 8 camera and everything is working great, using some other video editing/DVD software (Ulead or Pinnacle).

The problem i have with Vegas 5 is:

I start capturing ok. Various AVI files are appearing in the capture folder. If the tape ends or i press Stop, i get the warning:

Capture Complete, No Video was captured and ALL the AVI files are deleted !!!!!

I have tried everything and but noluck.

Any help is appreciated !

Deactivate "minimum clip length" in capture preferences - that is the old error that seems still to exist.
