Vegas 6.0 on 63 bit computer?

I have Vegas MS Platinum 6.0 on a 32 bit computer. Will it run on my new 64 bit computer? Is it more likely I would be better off upgrading to 9.0 instead? I'm not into HD yet and not sure whether the 9.0 upgrade would be worthwhile even if 6.0 would run on my ne 64 bit computer.

Probably not. 6.0 even has problems with Vista 32bit, let alone 64bit systems.
