Vegas 6 and Handycam HC45

Hi Kids -

Will Vegas import directly from by camcorder? I have a Handycam HC-45 (minidv).

Forgot to mention - That model is not listed under supported hardware on the website.

Does your camera have a fire wire out? If so then it will, if not then you will have to use an alternate approach.
