Vegas 6 upgrade

I'm curious if anyone has bought the Vegas 6 disk from B&H for $99. I was thinking about upgrading to VMS 7, but for the money, the full Vegas for $99 sounds pretty good. Is this a full version of Vegas? The only downside that I can see is that it does not include DVD Architect. Are there any issues using Vegas, then DVDA Studio?

Too many toys, not enough money.

That was exactly Sony's response... The disc that B&H sends out is an OEM deal that DOES include the full version of Vegas 6.0, but NONE of the extras. NO box, no manuals, no guides... just the disc in a paper sleeve with the S/N on a sticker on the sleeve. Sony will allow you a free upgrade of that disc to 7.0, but with the same restrictions. A full version of Vegas 7.0, but only 7.0 as a download. no other extras. Don't get me wrong, I still believe it's a good deal, I'm just making everyone aware of exactly what's included so there's no surprises.
