If it doesn't why not get a SD Connect and let it do a component to SDI conversion or get a BVW75 with SDI option board, only thing to watch with the last option the audio isn't embedded. You can get units that will embed the audio into the SDI stream.

BetaSP is kind of two generations behind the the latest so I can understand why there's not a whole lot of R&D going into supporting it.

Decklink and Aja support in Vegas is for SDI only, no analog capture or print to tape.
