while starting and displaying "creating file I/O-manager" in the splash screen Vegas crashes. I installed and uninstalled it many times as I did install and uninstal Quicktimes as advised in some forum. Unfortunately no success.

That happened after installing the old software on my new system (Windows 8.1-64)-
