Hi all-
i am a happy Windows XP Pro 64 Bit user, and have thus far been quite impressed with the install of Vegas 8.1 on the system.
i know it is not "technically" supported (which is a shame), but if anyone out there can help i'd appreciate it.
(Note: I also have Vegas 8.0 installed and this problem does not occur)
When I go to edit a copy of an audio take in Vegas 8.1 it opens sound forge, then for no good reason the audio clip is sped up to nearly 2x the speed. I tried just making a time stretch preset that counteracts it, but as we all know that isn't the best way to remedy a bug.
What could it be? does anyone have any possible suggestions?
thanks
matt
