Vegas 9.0 "context and index" not working

Is anyone else having problems with context and index working in vegas 9.0 (under the help menu)?

It works fine for me in version 8, but for some reason nothing happens when I click it in V9.

Contents and Index work fine for me. I had problems with it in Pro 8. Vegas would stop responding when I tried to use it and I had to use Task Manager to kill it.

No problem for me. Works in V9 as it did in all other versions
