Vegas 9 Playback Question

I did a Search and found a few posts that have the same problem - but if this were a universal problem, I'd have expected to see a bunch more. So now I'm thinking it might be an anomaly or there is a fix somewhere that I didn't find in my initial Search.
I just loaded a Vegas 8 project into my freshly installed Vegas 9.
In Vegas 8, I get 22-29FPS playback. IN V9, I'm getting 1-2FPS.
Both are set to Preview/Auto and in a 720P project.
The media is from Cineform NeoScene, 1920x1080 30p files.
I went back to V8 and confirmed that all was well with the files and it's great in there.
I looked for an update, but it appears I'm in the latest build.

Any suggestions?

Sorry for the "bump."

Please feel free to flame me a bit if necessary- as long as you also answer my question.

For example:
Matthew, you idiot. The answer is in this link right here: (please supply link).
and I'll say,
Thanks very much for pointing that out to me. I did Search, but somehow missed that.

Thanks!

It might help to tell us your basic system specs and OS...and type of media your using.

If this problem is confined to Cineform files only, then this is the fix.
