vegas and 64 bit vista

does anyone know if vegas has a 64 bit application i have a dual core 2.2 ghz ready for the new vista coming out .is vegas keeping up?

I am also of the same feeling here.

Am saving for
1) A 64-bit Core 2 CPU probably a 6600
2) A 64-bit OS (Windows Vista)

And last of all a 64-bit Vegas 8 (since 7 is already announced) and it's Studio Version VMS 8 (64-Bit).

Am I dreaming too earlier for this?
