I use Vegas off the CPU, are there any capture cards that it can utilise.

ie. Osprey cards that will do real and wmv.

No. No company has written hardware drivers for their products that are compatible with Vegas as of yet. Black Magic has promised an SDI card that is not yet officially supported, but that's the closest thing at the moment.
