With Vegas 32-bit (full) project setting, shouldn't decode be also Full level (RGB)?

Depending on the codec.

Which other format - efficiently compressed but conveing all the beauty of 10-bit 4:2:2 video, HDR-graded, too - can you think of, Serena? TIA :-)

Hi Piotr, I haven't stepped into HDR so will leave that to your expertise to find the optimal codecs. I wonder if Bob (farss) has relevant expertise?

Can a Contour Shuttle Pro 2 be used in Resolve?

Resolve is quite keyboard-centric for editing and I couldn't find any means for using a Shuttle. You can. of course, use a mouse but the keyboard shortcuts are quicker.

Incidentally if you want an excellent tutorial on DaVinci v12.5 you can get it at http://moviola.com/online-classes/davinci-resolve-12-online-class/#3

I'm afraid it isn't free.

Resolve does allow remapping of key board shortcuts, so I guess this might allow the Shuttle to be used. I haven't tried and be good for someone to give it a go.

It turns out that the Shuttle can be used with Resolve. Instructions are found at: http://forums.contourdesign.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=6603
