A friend of mine tried to install vegas audio and everytime
he installs it the install works fine, but everytime he
tries to open it, he sees the splash screen and then
nothing. When he does a crtl+alt+del, it shows vegas
running but not responding. Any ideas?

Here is his system:

AMD K6II 500
128 meg ram
ATA66 hard-drive
Soundblaster live

Any help would be appreciated.
