I use both and do not get dropouts. I have PII 450 with 256 RAM.
However, I can't move 8 tracks into the system with Vegas because-
from what I've heard- Pulsar is crap for MME drivers. It would be
nice if Vegas supported ASIO 2 for both of our sakes. Not to mention
there are some great VST plug ins availble as well.
