Vegas audio issue

I had this same problem last week. I recorded an podcast-like conversation right on to the timeline and the audio doesnt play. My speakers are working, nothing is lowered or muted on the timeline, but the audio will just not play, evem though it did last night when I recorded it. Last time I moved my .wav to a folder with my other media, imported it and then put it back on the timeline, and that worked but so far it hasnt this time.

I had this same problem last week.

It would be great if you could provide a link to the post to which you are referencing. Without knowing that reference, I am not sure how anybody knows what the original problem was.

Audio troubleshooting 101, start at the source. Can you post the file somewhere, or at least the MediaInfo.

Is the track or a bus muted or auto muted? Volume envelopes?? Gain??? Does other audio playback????
