vegas audio to macromedia flash 5

is there a reason why i cant import wav files or mp3 created with vegas into macromedia flash? what settings do i need to use?

No reason at all...I've done stuff in Acid and put it into Flash animations before.

Just choose your bitrate and format...you might want to consider using a lower bitrate and mono format to reduce the size and bandwidth that it will take up. Depends on the application...is it destined for a web site, an intranet, or a media CD application? If people aren't going to be pulling it over a dialup connection, then you can just go 44.1KHz stereo and fuggedaboutit.
