Vegas auto-starts...Can I stop it??

Whenever I turn on, or even eject a tape on my Digital-8 camcorder, Vegas automaticly starts.

Can this be disabled, besides unhooking my firewire cable? I can't seem to find this option.

Preferences -> General -> Automatically Open Last Project On Startup

It sounds like you are using XP and checked the "always use this application" box when it came up and you picked Vegas. You'll have to look at your XP settings to turn it off - it isn't Vegas doing it.
