I can see that no matter where in the world one lives, there will be a time issue. I was trying to find a time most comfortable for the "guest speaker".

Peter, Your math is correct if you posted about 17 minutes after attempting to chat, as Feb. 18 @ 0200 GMT translates to 2/17/04 6:00 PM Vegas Forum time (i.e., GMT is currently 8 hours ahead of Vegas Forum time).
