Vegas Crash

While running Vegas Audio 2d on windows 2000 I regularly experience a program freeze
with the Exception 0xc0000005(access violation)Write:0x0IP:ox77FCA1F7
In Module'ntdll.dll" at address ox77F800000+0x4A1F7

There's alot more to this but does anyone know how to fix this?

I encourage you to update to Vegas 2.0g, available as a free downloadable update at Sonic Foundry.com.
