Vegas Crashes with NVIDIA Card

Hey guys

My Vegas 12 Pro crashes every time I use my Nvidia GeForce GTX 765M for GPU acceleration. Usually when I am editing and rendering. I can't find any solution online that actually works.
It stinks because everything is SO FAST when I am working with the NVIDIA. I have to use my Intel so it doesn't crash, but man, it's so much slower. What can i do to actually utilize my graphics card like most people do?

My system is an i7-4700MQ Quad core 2.4GHz.
RAM is 8 GB on a 64 bit system. Win 7.

I feel your pain. I'm using an EVGA GTX980TI with Vegas 13 and get constant crashes during editing. I turn off the GPU acceleration and even though the video will stutter when playing, at least it doesn't crash. When rendering it actually took 20% longer with the acceleration on and neither OpenGL or CUDA seem to work.

Hopefully the moderator or someone from Sony will respond or at least hurry up on an update to fix this. I spent 3 grand on an i7 5820 3.3Ghz box with 32gigs of ram so I could edit 4k and HD with ease.
