Vegas+DVD Suite Install???

Hey everyone, I have been using Vegas 5 as a purchased upgrade from Screenblast, and also installed the DVDA2 demo (which has since expired).

Okay, I just got the box version of Vegas+DVD Production Suite.

There are only two discs, Vegas 5 and DVDA2, should there be a third disc for the AC3 Encoder?

Also, should I re-install this disc version of Vegas 5 on top of my already registered download upgrade for V5 or just leave it as it is?

And should I just use the serial number I got for DVDA2 to put into the demo version so that it will become a full working version, or should I re-install DVDA2 from the disc as well?

Where does the AC3 Encoder get installed from, the Vegas 5 or DVDA2 disc? Did the AC3 Encoder get installed when I installed the demo of DVDA2?

I'm confused as to what to do exactly, since I already have a perfectly working "downloaded" upgrade of Vegas 5, but I'm thinking perhaps installing everything from the discs may add new stuff the download programs don't have.

Don't install from the CDs. Those are most likely older releases than what you've downloaded. Use the serial numbers that came with the CDs to unlock the demo versions you have installed and they will become fully functional. I'm not sure where the AC3 encoder gets installed from, but i believe it's with DVD Architect. In any case, after you've installed both Vegas and DVDA you'll have it.
