It covers rendering and then importing to Vegas Pro from about 17:05.

Others will no doubt be able to advise if the end process has changed in the two intervening years.

Actually, the very first minute or so showed me how to do what I wanted. I had a previous license for Vegas Pro 19 and then I started using Vegas Effects from an upgrade to Vegas Post. Since I didn't use the same serial number from the Post package, my installed Vegas Pro didn't know about Vegas Effects, so there was no linkage. Another user advised to deactivate my existing Vegas Pro license, then re-activate using the Vegas Post license. Now that they're from the same package, Vegas Pro knows about Vegas Effects, so everything's good.
