Yup! Been reporting this. It comes and it goes. Previously I've had to extract the HELP file and place on Desktop and use it exo-VP9 interface. And yes, I have had comms with SCS about it too.

It worked from inside today, but tomorrow?

I thought I remember having this problem in V8 as well. Crashing help files kinda defeat the purpose.
