VEGAS Hub Downloads Not Working

For the past 5 or 6 hours I haven't been able to download any audio or video clips from VEGAS Hub. Nothing happens and I don't get any errors. I can search for keywords and see results, and the previews work fine, but when I click download nothing happens. I have restarted my PC and logged in and out of the Hub Explorer, but nothing works. Is anyone else having the same problem?
I’m using Vegas Pro 23 Suite 365.

I just tried clearing the Vegas-cache, but it didn’t help either.
I thought maybe something was “stuck” somewhere.

Please be aware that Vegas Content is provided by a 3rd party company - Storyblocks - so there is a possibility that the Hub connection problem may be due to a Storyblocks' server issue - connection problems do seem to occur occasionally.

Yes maybe, and now it's not working again 😑
It seems very unstable, but maybe I'm the only one experiencing this?

Hi. I'm having the same problem. It's very frustrating; it's always one thing or another. I'm considering giving up Vegas Pro and looking for more stable software.

It usually works fine for me. And it’s only recently that I’ve noticed some instability, and the past 24 hours have been especially bad. But otherwise, I really appreciate all the footage, videos, and sound effects Vegas Hub provides. That’s actually the main reason I decided to subscribe to 365.

We can confirm that Hub Services are currently unreliable. We are investigating whether this is related to the outages on Microsoft's side or whether our backend is experiencing problems.

Its 1/27/2026 and the Vegas Hub has not worked for me for at least 1 week and I understand hat Storybooks is the 3rd party platform where the b-role comes from and this feature is why I use 365. Please help!

I am running VP 20 and when I log in Vegas Hub I get "Login expired: Reconnecting...." but nothing works here too, so also no users info etc.

Just tried the Hub, and it is working here just fine in VP23. Downloaded some music with no issues.
