Vegas Hub Won't load and Text To Speech Won't work

Hi, so since this morning the Vegas Hub just has 3 loading dots on it and never loads and if I try to use text to speech it comes up with a login box which I can't click on.

I have tried signing in and out, resetting my computer and a few other things but I can't seem to fix this issue, can anyone help me, also I have added 2 pics which you can see me signed in on but the Hub doesn't load and i just get that box for text to speech which doesn't do anything.

Maybe something you could try is to force an a new IP address from your ISP

Method 1: Renew DHCP lease: You can try to release and renew the DHCP lease by using the "ipconfig /release" and "ipconfig /renew" commands in the Command Prompt. This will request a new IP address from the DHCP server.

Method 2: Disable and enable the network adapter: You can try disabling and then enabling the network adapter in the Device Manager. This will reset the network adapter and may cause it to pick up a new IP address.

NOTE that I did not try this, as it just came into my mind as a possible remedy on not yet cleared network cache

Alternatively with connection issues, one could flush the local DNS cache.

Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
You’ll see a message confirming the DNS cache has been flushed.

thanks @bitman , but I tried flush the DNS cache and disable and enable the Network adapter , and ...nothing works !! no hub for while !

Still no Hub in VP22, but it is there in VP21.......

I have a friend in South Africa that is suffering from the same issues... 22 no, 21 yes for the Hub. Even for me, Magix Movie Studio 2024 Suite, the Hubl starts.

And I thought I was the only one with this issue. I have both Magix Movie Studio 2024 and VPX16 on my computer. I received access to the HUB with my purchase of VPX16. Oddly I could not gain access via VPX16, but I could via MMS2024! I sent in a Support ticket yesterday and this morning it looks like they have the server fixed with access to the HUB on both programs. 😀

VP22 Hub is breathing again !!

...and all I did was start VP22 today and log into the hub....
