Vegas locking up when using credits and photos

I have been using Vegas Studio Platinum 11 to edit a large video project with no problems (over an hour long using HD video) with windows 7, 32 bit computer.

I created credits at the end with no problem. I then began adding photos (jpg and then png) and I wanted them to scroll with the credits so I needed to pan them (keystone?) and once I started doing this, the program began freezing or locking up every time I worked on that part of the project or even just trying to play it on the viewer (which is set to the lowest setting.

I have re loaded the program and restarted the computer with no better results. I also tried editing just the credits and photos in a new project, but that also has the same problem. The photos are not very big, about 800x600 px.

This is the first time I have had this program lock up on me.

Any way to fix this?

Thanks,

Ivy

You may be running out of memory on your computer.
1. Save early, save often.
2. Close and re-open Vegas at regular intervals (every 1-2 hours).
3. Convert everything to .png, it is much easier on your memory.
4. Pre-render (either to file or RAM) if it is only a Preview issue.
5. Best of luck.

Thanks.

With this locking up, it happens after working with the images for less than a minute and it does it every time. I even used just .png and the same thing happened.
