Vegas Magazine

Just wondering what you guys think about this concept-

I notice there's an online "magazine" within this site with new and help and all that you'd think a video editing software would include in a magazine. But how cool would it be to receive and actual, literal magazine in the mail? Once a month, you get updates, features, testimonies, current events, all related to Vegas and video editing/production.

Not only is this just a cool idea, in my mind, but think about those that are lacking motivation to create, or have gotten busy due to life and have neglected their hobbies? If you were get a physical magazine in the mail, talk about a better way to get reminded?! It would also bring together a much better and warmer sense of community revolving around Vegas, and I bet a lot of companies would follow suit due to the success of this much more personal approach.

What do you guys think? Yay or Nay? If you would like to see that, what would you pay per month to have it as a subscription? Personally, I'd prefer free, and maybe by buying the software you should get a few months' subscriptions free. But after that, I'd be willing to pay 5 a month if that was required to cover costs.

And realistically, it could easily be free if plug-in creators paid to have their products advertised within the magazine.

@Christian-Maki - Mixed feelings. On the face of it, what’s not to like? But, this is your very first post on all the Forums and then this, a “call to arms” and whether it should be paid for or free. Really?! I’m trying to figure out your motivation.

As I said, what’s not to like?

@Christian-Maki - Been there. Done that. Take my advice, it’s not what it’s cracked up to be. Personally, I prefer a nice cuppa Tea and a plate of biscuits.
