I have just purchased a new computer.

I have completed a new project that was started on the previous computer. I am using Windows 10.

My problem is with the rendering of the project. The vision (photos & video) renders OK but the audio doesn’t.

After the vision renders the following message appears; “The selected encode format requires the download of an add-on software module the first time the format is used. If you wish to proceed, ensure your PC is connected to the internet, then click Yes”.

I have clicked Yes and the following message pops up; “Operational error. Installation failed, code: - 1 On some systems this problem can be avoided by starting the application with the Windows “Run as Administrator” option then rendering the project again. After the component has downloaded successfully, the application can be closed and restarted normally, without the “Run as Administrator” option”.

I believe I have completed the above instruction but the problem still exists.

I also believe the problem could be due to the make up of the new computer.
