Vegas Movie platinum 14 script error 0x801310 1b

I contacted customer support and tried everything they suggested....I upgraded from Sony platinum 13 which ran great...After the install I click on the desktop icon to open and it starts to load then stops and gives error code 0x 801310 1b message missing Failed to initialize script host...I have checked regional and language , reinstalled Microsoft visual C++ and NET Framework... Using Windows 7 sp1 on a very high powered PC built for music recording- Pro Tools 11 and system runs great...Any help would be great... I only upgraded for the extra audio tracks but getting ready to just give up.... I sent customer service a Screenshot of the error code and was hoping I would get a link to repair this issue....Very disappointing with Magix and there response....This is build 148

A common fix for a couple of issues (not your issue) with Vegas on Windows 7 has been to install .NET Framework 4.6.2. I *guess* that if you've reinstalled .NET Framework then you've already installed version 4.7.1, and that *should* have you covered, but you never know.
