Vegas Movie Studio 17 will not load after installation

I am using windows 10. I have requested tech support but they will not address the issue. No error messages appear when it starts to load and then flickers on a white screen then shuts down. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it so all is on the primary operating drive, I have taken screen grabs and sent it to tech support. But their responses take up to 7 days and they seem disinterested. What use is a program that will not work and one not backed by a money back guarantee and very little in the way of tech support. I should have stayed with Pinnacle.

@Greg-Lowry Unfortunately Support leaves a lot to be desired.

Do you still have the screen grabs? If so please post them here using the upload button

the error message no longer appears as I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. After unlinking the serial number and then relinked to thecomputer

Your first image relates to VMS. Does it hang on "Initializing UI" and get no further? Please clarify.

Your second image is nothing to do with VMS and shouldn't affect your VMS installation. Magix PC Check Tuning 2021 is not a Vegas product. It's something that Magix chuck in. It has its own serial number although I believe what you have maybe is just a trial to entice you to purchase. Search this forum and you will find threads on this software which has frustrated others. Here's a couple:

I have dealt with the trial software and removed uninstalled all of it and unchecked those options on the new installation. It loads past Initializing UI gets to creating windows then flickers puts up a shimmering white screen then crashes.

Ok we've now determined where the problem is. Post full details of your PC specs especially any GPU. Hopefully someone with more tech knowledge than me may be able to help,

Which exact driverversion do you use for your Intel 630 GPU and is this the only GPU that your hardware uses?
Look at Control Panel/Device Manager/Display Adapters
