Just got Sony's Fall 2004 catalog. Looks like the next version of Screenblast Movie Studio will be called Vegas Movie Studio+DVD. I don't know what Screenblast Movie Studio's DVD authoring component was like, but this one is called DVD Architect Studio, and looks suspiciously like DVDA 1.
I wonder what advantage, if any, V4+DVDA1 had over this new package...considering this one is only $100. Odd thing is, the catalog has a notatin that says "Upgrade Vegas Movie Studio software to Vegas 4.0 software"...which, again, shows that the catalog writers aren't proofreading too well. <g>
BTW, no sign of the 5-part Sony sound effects package this catalog. It was in the Summer edition, even though the package itself was pulled some time ago.
