Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11 was released nearly 12 years ago so presumably it's been working well for you for 10+ years. Has there been any recent change/upgrade to your computer or the media that you've been using (e.g. a new computer, new OS, new camera, etc) which coincides with the onset of the rendering problem?
