I have been attempting to comunicate and solve an installation problem for more than a week now, and have receives no support. I upgraded, for sixty dollars, to the current release and after downloading and attempting to install was left with the notice, "Windows 10 cannot install this on your computer." Seems the new install is 64 bits and my machine is 32. I was assured, by phone, that this would be addressed within twenty-four hours, I have also sent repair tickets. To date, the silence is deafening. Although I realize the Sony name is no longer on this product, this experience will always impact my brand selection of any product the name is on in the future. If this product is not supported by Windows 10, 32 bit, I could use suggestions about either a refund or upgrade.
