Vegas not reconizing the alpha channel...

A graphics guy sends me a PICT sequence of an open for a show. But I keep seeing black in place of the alpha channel. How do I get rid of the black?

I can do this with a still graphic pretty easily; by going into its "properties" and adjusting the alpha channel there. But motion graphics have me at a loss.

Try using the chromakey fx on the black.

if it's a series of black/white images that are used as the alpha you need to make a parent/child track with the alpha as the parent & then change the parent's track overlay to mask for it to work.

Did you import it as a sequence? If so, do the same thing under properties.
