As we try making the native Vegas multi-cam workflow working for us, I've encounter some oddities perhaps others have run across.. wondering if this is a bug or some settings we're overlooking? Here's one.
After setting up the multi-cam project and creating the multi-cam track:
- We enable Multi-cam mode via Tools -> Multicam -> Enable Multicam Editing (gives the 9-up view)
- We check "show full frame in external monitor"
- We turn on the "Video Preview on External Monitor" (in preview window) -- neat feature to show the active take full-screen while having multi-view for editing.. nice!
We exit the Vegas and go back in. Multicam Editing mode is turned off again, and full screen preview on external monitor is off too... and we need to repeat steps 1 and 3. Each time we close and go back in.
Is this a bug that Vegas isn't remembering this state information on exit?
