Hi,
My Vegas has NEVER done this before. It has always been a little Glitchy...but it fixes itself...but this time its Really down.
It started a few days ago...and I haven't been able to make a video since. I started half of it...but then it just Crashes or Freezes.
I will just be watching Half of it...then Bam! Vegas shuts down. Or when I Play the video, then pause it. It freezes then won't Unfreeze. It does this every time I Open it. Here is the ERROR message it gives me when it Crashes or freezes~

Perhaps you should ask your question in the Vegas Movie Studio forum if that is what you have. This is Vegas Pro.

Um, No. I have Vegas Pro Platinum 9.0 which is a Movie Maker/Video maker.

Um, no, you're in the wrong forum.

Actually you have Vegas Movie Studio Platinum Pro 9.0, which is still a variety of the Studio version. It's not the Pro version. Unfortunately Sony chose to put the word "Pro" in the name of one of the Studio versions and it causes endless confusion.

The actual Pro version is named merely Vegas Pro, without "platinum" or "studio" in the title.

That being said, it's likely that only Sony's tech support can diagnose the issue. Have you made any changes to your installation or added any codecs recently?
