Sadly I for one will not be upgrading to this version until Magix "honour" their announcement of a DAM in a previous version along with several features which are only available in the 365 version. I feel sorry for Derek and the team for all their hard work with the development of Vegas, but sadly I am of the belief the project is seriously underfunded by Magix.
