VEGAS POST arent reliable enough

The problem with HEVC codec is of the main reason why my VEGAS Pro 17 keep constantly crash, but the crash is reduced, (not totally eliminate) by doing proxy. Idk why, maybe because my laptop is in bad conditions?

So I have this video need to be edited inside VEGAS Effects for a simple handheld & zooming VFX, which can be purely done inside VEGAS Pro if VEGAS team know what FX shall be offer inside VP base on current, modern industry standards. After sending the clip inside VE, it work just fine till suddenly VP show up an error saying some video went missing (The video that went missing is not a clip that were send to VE, just a random video in timeline), Regardless what option I click, ignore or find a missing file it will instantly go crash. I cant even show "show more" crash detail cause the crash report dialog is also freezed.

I cant even send a subclip or nested sequences to VE. Speaking about Nesting, I nested some clip inside VEGAS pro, there is no clip were brought into the nested timelime. purely empty.
