VEGAS Post "downgrade" to VEGAS Pro by mistake ?

Hello all, and ... merry christmas to start ...

It's a post about "licence", let me explain. I bought VEGAS Post 19 on April 2022, upgrade to VEGAS Post 21 on August 2022.

This year, I wanted to upgrade to 21 release and now, on my product page I can see VEGAS Pro Suite 21, bought on August 2023.

But perhaps it's a mistake because it seems that I'm not anymore on the Post version: I don't see Edit with VEGAS Effects anymore in VEGAS Pro ?!

Not sure that the licence management is clear, at least for me. Perhaps I'm wrong but I think that I downgraded to Pro suite instead of Post. Do I have to "pay another time" to recover VEGAS Effects ?

I guess you mean in August 2022, upgrade to VEGAS Post 20.

In August 2023, yes, should go to upgrade to VEGAS Post 21, not Pro Suite 21

Thanks, I sent an email and I upgraded to Post 21 with a refund of the Pro Suite.
