Thanks Chiltern -- I downloaded and installed with no prob.
Checked the Non-real time event Audio FX bug and it is fixed. Works as expected now.

I submitted 3 bugs. See that one is listed as fixed - "Fixed a crash that could occur when using Save Media with Project with media that had stabilization applied" The other two are not listed. I guess I'll have to test the download.

I also have two outstanding reports, both confirmed and acknowledged but not in the list. Though the second one was only reported 2 weeks ago, so I didn't expect that to be fixed already.

The other one is from a report here on the forum, that I managed to distil down enough to be usable as an error report. The one with copy pasting keyframes in the Pan & Crop tool causing a crash. But I have just retested it and it does seem to have been fixed.

The first was an error where adjusting the envelope nodes with Ctrl for added precision sometimes lead to anything but precision.

great to see my support ticket is fixed by number 1 in the list, cineform encoding.
thanks, Sony

Still is crashing using cineform encoded media though it seems like not nearly as often.

Preview "auto" has bad data on the right side of the preview window though that might be a cineform bug - it has been in the past. This one seems to come and go.

I had been having consistent crashes with Cineform HD encoding in Vegas 10.0a, I can confirm that this is now fixed in Vegas 10.0b. Good job, Sony!

EDIT: I was experimenting with the various encoding options in the Cineform codec from within Vegas, when choosing "RGB 4:4:4" as the encoding format, it will render but places a "license error: 444" banner over the rendered video. Rendering to YUV 4:2:2 works fine.
David Newman wrote on 12/22/2010, 8:36 PM
Sorry John the, 4:4:4 encoding is for Neo4K on up. We didn't have time to have the Sony GUI should different parameters per user license.

John_Cline wrote on 12/22/2010, 9:03 PM
Thanks David, I'm running HeoHD and was surprised to even see the option of RBG 4:4:4. YUV 4:2:2 works and works great. Thanks for working with Sony to make this happen.
