Vegas Pro (10) has stoppede working

When I try rendering my project a problem report appears after short a time saying that Vegas Pro has stopped working.
Under problem details it says that the problem is Unmanaged Exception (0xc0000005)

Anyone who knows what I should do?

Yes.

You should tell us about you system hardware, O/S, video driver versions if GPU acceration is on. What kind of video and effects were on the timeline? Fill out you system specs in "My Account".
