Vegas Pro 11 Editing Workshop

Hello,
I have just purchased the Kindle version of this book "Vegas Pro 11 Editing Workshop" and cannot find anywhere inside to download the DVD contents, can anyone tell me how to get this or who I need to contact?

I have the Vegas Pro 9 version as a paper book, and it was published by Elsevier / Focal Press. The DVD was included with the book.
