Vegas Pro 12 Build 670 issue

After updating with the new Build 670, when scrolling in playback, the waveform disappears and notice says, "peaks temporarily unavailable." I need to either stop and restart playback, or zoom way in or out for the waveform to be visible again. This is rather frustrating when trying to edit audio and you can't see the next retake. This was never an issue before the Build 670 update and no changes have been made to my computer.

Is this a bug that needs to be fixed by Sony? Are others having similar issues? I feel like downgrading back to the previous build.

Having the same issue, and it is very annoying. Never ever saw this message after years of use.

I'm editing video and have the same problem. I can't even get it if I zoom in. I've unloaded the clips and reloaded them and I still can't see the waves.
