I have never had a version of Vegas as buggy as 13, and the 373 update has only made it worse. My biggest problem now is while in the middle of editing, the program completely loses contact with the video. Or a selected line of video if more than one line is active in the timeline. Very annoying to try to composite two lines of video when the first line keeps becoming invisible in the preview monitor. The second line is visible and nowhere does it say on any of the video clips that the media if offline. I have to close and restart Vegas to get my video back. Please fix this! Prior to the 373 update, Vegas would routinely freeze while in use so at least you fixed that problem.
