Vegas Pro 13 has suddenly started crashing during startup when it gets to "Initializing UI." As soon as it gets to that point, I get a "Vegas Pro has stopped working" message with the following error details:

Running on a Windows 7 PC, and I've never had this problem in years of working with the software. I've made no changes to this computer since the software was last working, so any help on fixing this problem would be appreciated.
