Vegas Pro 13 Digital Artifacts in rendered output

I've been trying to create a tool to help sync video and audio for live presentations.
All of my content is graphics created within Vegas Pro 13, or created in Photoshop and saved as png or jpeg files which were imported into the project.
Each time I render my project I get artifacts that ruin what I am trying to do.
Here's a link to a render file:

Occasionally these artifacts appear in the timeline of the project too, but I can't figure out where they are coming from or what is causing them.
I've checked each layer of the project to make sure there are no weird keyframes in pan and crop or in track motion. Not sure what else to try to make a clean render.
Open to any suggestions.

Not seeing artifacts in my tablet, but a common solution is to turn off GPU in Vegas.

I see flashing vertical blue bars on the left of the screen. I second the motion to turn off GPU acceleration in the render settings.
I think I'll add this graphic to my signature line.

If you are talking about that blue flashing on the left, that is probably the GPU and using a resolution that is not standard.
